Our programs can be tailored for small groups or large audiences.

- Telepicting- Telepicting is the association of a face to a phone voice. This program begins with an interactive DVD where the audience Telepicts voices and discusses the impressions of the company made by the individual. It sets the stage for diagnosing the challenges the group has currently and provides a game plan for improvement. This program will have a huge impact on your group!

- Intelepicting- Intelepicting is the assessment of non-verbal cues. This program focuses on non-verbal communication from both sides of a conversation or meeting. You may have certain habits that cause others to think negatively about you such as a bad handshake or the way you dress. If you are on a sales call or interviewing someone, knowing how to Intelepict the other person will help you close the deal or pick the right candidate. When it comes to business travel or traveling alone, knowing how to Intelepict will help you to not fall victim to a crime. This is a fun and interactive session where Tooty incorporates the advice from a body guard to the rich and famous.
- Business Etiquette- Computers, texting, instant messenger, etc. have robbed us of the art of interpersonal communication! Many of us complained that our parents made us shake Uncle Bob’s hand or open the door for Aunt Alice, but as we matured we realized that this training helped us be more respectful and polite. It is now more comfortable to text someone than talk with him/her face to face. This program gives some basic guidelines for voicemail, e-mail, and simple work situations in a hands-on format.
- Dealing With Difficult People- This half-day session begins with a short personality test to help the attendees start thinking about others; different people, different personalities and different expectations. The focus of the training will be on problem solving and meeting the needs of the customers. We will cover key words you shouldn’t say to a customer and will visit the strategy for handling service issues: apology, assessment, one call resolution.
- Billing and Collections- We will work on voice, attitude and wording as we begin to reinforce how one’s phone demeanor affects the outcome of a collections or billing call. Scripts will be provided along with a strategy for proper call handling. Time will be spent in role-playing in order to learn a positive approach and refresh current techniques.
- Leadership Training- Often managers or supervisors are in a rut. They need to revaluate their approach and implement some new, forward moving techniques to help their team work better together and to be more productive. This session focuses on the best ways to coach employees and manage a team. The session begins with a personality test and a look at team building within the department.
- Business Ethics- “An engineer knows how to take apart the world and put it back together, but doesn’t quite know how to live in it.” Dr. Julius Wong Loi Sing. To work with other people in a multicultural world, we need to think and act differently. This fun and thought-provoking session will explore the value of time, efficiency and achievement for all people and give some action points to change direction for you and your team.
- Brainstorming- This is a creative session which will help your team come up with new ideas and solutions for motivating the team, handling customer sales and service issues. The fun atmosphere will stimulate the group and you will be surprised at the great ideas that they come up with. This may be the boost your team needs!
